It's an entire tower of spandrel panels. There are tasteful elements to the facade, but it's troubling concoction of panels and mullions so far.

Did they learn nothing from 300 Front Street? Didn't think it was possible, but this is even worse. I suppose decent balcony glass might soften the blow, like it did at 300 Front, but this is shockingly poor.
