Looks very similar to the new St Regis in Hong Kong. This building is absolutely stunning in person. The panels are painted different shades.

Saw two passersby stop to look up at it just in the time I was walking past and took these pics. That’s not the only sign of good design, but it sure is one that I’m appreciative to have taking hold in this neighbourhood.
