Interesting that the first floor glass has gone up so quickly. I'm guessing that they're aiming to have retail open before full completion?
 
Its seems to me that that black framing and the newly installed glass will actually end up being inside the lobby of the finished building? Am I wrong?

It doesn't line up with the outer wall of the building.
 
The 3rd floor cantilevers over the first 2 floors
 
The lobby/podium looks to have similar materials to the one uptown at E condos (both by the same developer). Gotta give it to Bazis for trying to do the city good with these additions, unlike the other monstrosities being thrown up elsewhere by G+C etc
 
I've been pretty impressed with Rosario Varacalli work so far.
