The rezoning applications were approved in June 2021. There were some additional minor variances approved in May 2024 to allow the parking spaces to be enclosed in private garages. Link to AIC
 
This one is now part of a much larger, different proposal.

There are now two development blocks, a much larger, northerly one, featuring 39-43 Wilket (properties front Bayview Avenue); as well as 1 Tudor Gate to the south.
