No no ... its actively being marketed ! No idea if they have a tenant yet or not.

Ice looks wonderful... But this monochrome skyline is REALLY boring, imo. I really wish these new developments would aspire to add variety to the South Core.

Going ahead as planned doesn't imply construction will stat any time soon (or vice versa), yes its going ahead but they're still marketing the space and this one isn't going up on spec (the rumor is the Menkes property is) so until they get a tenant ... which hasn't happened yet as far as we know.

Hoarding has gone up at the menses project, so I think it is safe to assume it is in fact going ahead as planned.
