Building management has told us it will be an organic grocery store, and we'll have access to it without going outside...that sure is going to be convenient! I wonder if it'll be Organic Garage since they've been expanding quite a bit lately. PCL has finally cleared the space since they were using it for construction, so hopefully it opens soon!
