There was a discussion in another thread about redoing the Dupont/Dundas West intersection with several great ideas, the best of which is the Brown+Storey proposal! I walked down Landsdowne this morning and it struck me that this could be a simple, shorter term solution. Taken 2 May.

So after having a heated pear and black tea scone at Merseyside I walked north on Dundas to Dupont and counted four unused ground floor spaces being converted to retail uses. And this isn’t counting the new spaces being put in at The Junction! Taken 13 August.
