There was a discussion in another thread about redoing the Dupont/Dundas West intersection with several great ideas, the best of which is the Brown+Storey proposal! I walked down Landsdowne this morning and it struck me that this could be a simple, shorter term solution. Taken 2 May.

Btw there is an application to add a storey and two units to the building to the east of 3122. May not be new to others but it was to me.

The Junction in particular seems to be a hot spot for old buildings adding storeys for some reason.

So after having a heated pear and black tea scone at Merseyside I walked north on Dundas to Dupont and counted four unused ground floor spaces being converted to retail uses. And this isn’t counting the new spaces being put in at The Junction! Taken 13 August.
