Does anyone know what the estimated taxes and condo fees are for these downtown super luxury condos?

I'm guessing taxes run at around 1% of assessed value annually, and maintenance fees at maybe $1 per square foot annually?

More like a $1 per square foot monthly. Most condos range from about 30 to around 80 cents per square foot for monthly maintenance fees.
