come on. utility spray fades in 6 months and is nothing short of necessary. Safe digging saves money and lives.

I wish utility companies could use something other than spray paint to making markings. The spray lasts a lot longer than 6 months and it looks very ugly.

They should have fixed what ever it is before putting new paving stones down there. Just a thought. And yes it is unbelievable that they didn't think to do that before it looks all nice and completed.
