It does sound like the best option to have the rail pass under the street.
I don't understand what this has to do with East York...
If you mean the Environmental Assessment I think it will start quite soon, if you mean putting shovels in the ground I think you/we are looking at years.Are there any timelines for a start to the project?
Personally I think they did choose the best option. It just sounded to me like they wanted GO to pick up the tab.
