Steveve, have you thought of selling or loaning this to the city? The proceeds can be used to pay your university tuition.

LOL!. as of now i don't know what to do with it nor do i really know what i want to go in to... in the future i'll probably donate it somewhere or just keep it... it's hard to put a value on it because the cost to built it was basically free,

Right now i don't have to worry about any of that... First i need to get this thing built! haha

Update December 10, 2011:

Boutique Condos are built and the Entertainment District continues to grow... Theatre Park and Studio Condos are soon to follow,

Kicking off 2012 with a fresh sheet of snow on the model.... no, it's actually just paper that i've glued some of the blocks to so they don't keep moving... looking back at it now, it probably wasn't the best colour choice of paper, but for now, it'll do.

Theatre Park (except for the park) is built, as well as a few more blocks in the entertainment district.
And yes, that IS a vitamin water cap where Roy Thompson will be... it's just there as a marker and will be there till a proper one is built... And NO, vitamin water isn't my sponsor!

It's been a while since an update, but I've got more time now to continue building this thing, and hopefully get weekly updates done.

In this update, Studio Condos are built along with the entertainment district expanding, I think I am gonna leave a few blocks in the entertainment district empty due to the almost certain possibility of future development,
After this, I think I will move north along Yonge St.,

Metro Hall north/south are built, along with some more buildings (including MuchMusic HQ) in the entertainment district, along with the expansion north along yonge street.

I have the block for L tower/Sony Centre built and ready to go, and the Eaton Centre will be a huge addition

Pantages tower will be built, also, I've left out a space for the Massey Tower proposal, still awaiting a design proposal and approval

at the time, i can't build anything further east or west because i've run out of space, so for now it will only be north and south... but yeah, i would definitely like to expand further east/west in the future,

Quite a few major additions, including l tower and the Eaton Centre
I'm quite pleased with how l tower turned out and how it looks, I didn't finish the podium details just because i got lazy at the end,
The Eaton Centre was annoying to build. just because it was so huge and you get lazy on detail.

Right now, i could technically build all the way up to Aura pretty fast, although I do want to finish old and new city hall... and most of Front Street south isn't finished yet

Anyway, i hope i can keep up the pace and expand this thing,

ya, i was torn between going north vs south... going north means aura and bay street north, and going south means southcore/CN tower... i think i am gonna go north first before heading down south.. because if i head down south, i'm basically pressured to build the CN tower,.. we'll see. maybe i'll build just a few blocks of south core and go north at the same time,

if i work hard enough, i can finish the entire board by mid march, and expand from there.. the area of the board probably will cover just north of college, so i'll have to expand

i've been pretty on and off in terms of building.. i think it was about 6 months ago that i built the TD Centre, and expanded from there... if i worked everyday for 10 hours, i could prob finish the entire thing in 2 weeks lol
