Users "akirasmith" and "jyorjmark" are sprinkling the real estate forums with spammy stuff. It's related snippets of canned text that is out of context with sig links back to real estate sites related to "Omaha". In the last few days after I try to post a comment I get a message saying there is a limit of one posting every 30 seconds "please wait x seconds and try again". I do and then I see that my message was posted twice. I see other duplicate postings so suspect others have this problem too. I just upgraded (??) to IE 9 but this predates this.

If you make a double post, please click "Edit" then "Delete" to delete the double post.

It's probably quicker than clicking "Edit", deleting the text in the post, writing 'double post', and clicking "Save".
