I forgot to caption my post above. Right at the foot of Dixie rd and Lakeshore is the former Armoury lands. The small arms inspection building was turned into a community space some years ago and I noticed that the rear parking lot received a major upgrade. In my last photo in the post above you can clearly see some new asphalt and lighting. This is what it looked like before demolition of an old garage sized outbuilding:

Reboot of the Queensway hospital.

Sad to see the Hudson's Bay name off the store at Sherway. Just noticed that it was removed.

No movement at 91 Eglinton Avenue (just east of Hurontario). Roads have been in for a couple of years now but still closed.

Kind of makes a cool now and then photo in the upper left since the first phase of Canopy Towers isn't even at grade.

Great updates! I’m curious about the unseen changes to the sfd areas adjacent to the MCC. Are the uses expanding? Renovations to increase occupant space? Garage conversions?

Thanks @rdaner. I haven't really noticed any activities to those areas by MCC but that's probably because I'm not driving through them. I'm sure there are some renos along with a lot of multigenerational families (Mississauga rd south of Dundas) has undergone such a transformation judging by all the cars parked in driveways.
