The footprint of the new hospital at Hurontario and The Queensway is going to be huge. It will fill the block by the looks of the shoring beams at the south end.

I'm going to post a little out of order here. Today, I had a long list of Etobicoke projects I wanted to photograph after dropping off the wife and little one at Kipling station. High winds and a technical fault with my Mini3pro that occasionally rears its ugly head cut the flight to just five minutes.

Good shot illustrating the offset of M-City M3 tuned mass damper. I guess it makes sense since strong winds generally come from the north and west. Perhaps only a few bits and pieces left to install?

Now that the Conservatory Group breakup is underway, I wonder what will rise on the 5&10 Towns project property?

The Presentation Centre, located in the north east corner of the site, had been the subject of vagrancy and caught fire in 2023, seriously injuring an individual:

There has been some movement on the Emmerson Condo site located on Dundas across from Erindale park. The Piatto restaurant building, which had closed in 2023, was demolished last week.
