It's not much of a park. And I don't think Simons would butcher those heritage buildings.
Except that if they were to build a store in this location, they'd practically *have* to compromise them to one extent or another...
Excellent service? lots of staff to help you? Now that's something you don't see in Ontario departmenet stores!!! The other day i spent like 10 mins walking around Sears looking for an open checkout counter.
I always found Simons rather dull--more interesting clothes can be bought on St Denis, Laurier, Old Montreal, etc. Simons is for the name brand crowd.......boring.
