Again I have failed to find any info on 2148 Dundas West as there is obviously something going on...

There are lots of permits visible in your photo. City Building Permit status site shows conversion to residential.

Looks like a lot of lumber being used so far.

Taken 7 October. This space is being renovated for a resto thus joining a few newish cafés and multiplexes in the neighbourhood. Such an interesting stretch as Sauraren, Sterling and the rapidly developing energy in Brockton Village all ‘thicken’ here.
