This event, or more like it need to get big. Real big. Like Nathan Phillips Square on New Years Even big. There's certainly enough opposition to Ford at this point. It needs to start with a solid core of people having a peaceful sit in the square in front of Ford's office then have people join in organized events with protests, maybe get some local artists to support it and perform outside the office, and eventually it'll gain a life of its own. Ford needs to go down Tahir Square style.
UT'ers, come on out! It was at 946 when I joined & hit "Going" about two hours ago, it's now up to 1333. If they get two or three thousand confirmed and half of them show up, that's a decent turn-out.
