Come on ... I think that Rob Ford is a complete and total piece of shit.
But surely no one is that unethical and morally deprived. Did they really give them out? Or was perhaps a staffer had them in their pocket, and was just mindlessly fiddling with them in a nervous moment.

Many of the regular talking points pretending that he has done stuff, sounds like a campaign speech.
