This may be a dumb question, but, why isn't Ford being held more responsible for the $400,000,000 over run on the Spadina Extension? While it is possible that much of it didn't happen under his watch, much of it must have. I would have thought that "Watching every dime" would have included a focus on large projects.

(Mods, I mentally flipped a coin on which of three threads to put this in. My apologies if it's the wrong one).
 
I like to think of it as early nostalgia for the Camelot that was the Ford mayoralty. Like John F Kennedy, who knows what Robbie might have accomplished had he not been struck down in his prime by the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune?
