Will be horribly noisy, hearing your neighbours walking, peeing, coughing, and TV upstairs and around you. This project represents a new low for greed and poor design. 
Still, people will eat it up! 'Townhouse' just sounds so upper class!

Demolition of the old buildings on site has begun. I love Lamb but I wished this awful faux-Vic project had failed. Too bad the original proposal did not work out, such a missed opportunity to give this dodgy stretch a boost.

I have to agree. What is wrong with people in this city? They fought a much nicer design and prefer this? A block of townhomes over what was proposed before is insanity.

Probably not too good. Those townhouses with the wood construction are pretty terrible with sound transmission. But so are some concrete condos so...

They look like the same template as the ones at McCaul and Baldwin, and on Parliament at Aberdeen.
