There's been all sorts of more or less modern (I'm lumping everything non-Liberace together) townhouses going up in the city lately and I'm not really a fan of any of them. These, however...these are very nice. Maybe it's the SimCity trees, but they almost seem too harmonious, too perfect. I think they'd be right at home next to a Hariri building like McKinsey & Co.

It looks like a more contemporary interpretation of Vanauley walk. I'm not too fond of those ceiling height windows and recessed entranceways.

Is that the name of the place on Dundas south of Kensington Market? I like these but same as above, the entrances rub me the wrong way and do remind me of the public housing buildings.The tops are great however.

They could flip every other townhouse so everyone gets their own recessed entryway...if two people were leaving the house and locking the door at the same time, they'd be forced to chat or awkwardly ignore each other.
