The problem isn't Progress Place - but the parking lot beside it. If it wasn't there, the Church St. facade would have been just fine.

last time i was by those light things weren't there.. it does look a lot better with it... though the cooler-siding still bugs me.. i think i'm still scarred by Pereguine Point in Edmonton.. 20 stories of cooler-siding....

Too bad they couldn't progress on the font a bit more. What were they thinking using something so boring. A badly kerned Helvetica. This could have looked amazing in a nice Gotham or Neutraface or even if it was a tighter kerned Helvetica light or something.
