Don't pay the parking portion of your lease. If they fail to come up with a spot you probably have cause to void the lease and vacate. 2. Ask for another card. 3. Ask for the keys. If none are provided see 1. above. 4. Is it hot enough to take a shower? If in a rental apartment call the super. If condo see 1. above.
