I don't see the UN moving from NY either, just kinda the thought that NY is the center of the world. If they were to move the UN elsewhere and I had to choose a Canadian city, I'd actually vote for Vancouver. Toronto just seems too grungy and Montreal too politicized.

That was kind of my point. A ... neutral party.

While Europe will tend to see us as more American, America will tend to see us as more 'european' (socialist, left-leaning, etc.).
