Inflationary adjustment in 2026? I thought the 2026 TPA budget was approved with a parking rate freeze. Is this referring to the 2026 prep of the 2027 budget?

2026; they're looking to push the rates higher. (Yay!)

"Modified rates" is interesting. There is the most to gain not from moving every rate up by the same amount but actually moving high demand areas into higher tiers.

Agreed, and this could be part of that, there are other modifications possible as well.
