Pace Condos (Great Gulf Homes) - Real Estate -

So I moved in last weekend, and am loving the new place! There is so much daylight that I don't need to turn on any lights - even in the bathroom (I leave the doors open lol) - basically until sunset.
 
I got Black Pug DMK in Parkdale to build me one out of cast concrete with waterfall edges for $1600. Should've been ready this weekend, will report on results soon!

He delayed it about 3 times, promised a completion date of Nov 30 or 20% discount, in writing; now it's delayed indefinitely (he said "i have a lot of other projects, so this one is on the backburner")

I'm thinking of taking him to small claims court. F small businesses...
