I have tried some gummies from some of these stores and didn't feel anything. So I haven't been back in a while. But yeah this requirement was draconian. Happy to see it removed.

I don't know if it's me but don't usually consume cannabis very often if at all. I'm more of a "on occasion" type of person. However, I've noticed that most of the edibles I've purchased either take way too long to kick in, or don't kick in at all and I fail to achieve couch-potato status.
