One Park Place (Daniels) - Real Estate -

They said retail space will be leased, but will only open up when both buildings have completed move in.

There is rumour that they have already signed a pharmacy and a coffee shop. The representative said they haven't made it official, so can't be 100% sure as of now.
 
Hey guys, which floor plans did you buy? I am thinking of the magnolia unit (2BR) but it right by the elevator with door almost facing the elevator door. Should I be concerned? (noise, resale value?)
