I know, it's crazy.

I just got occupancy yesterday, and I had to give 12 months of post dated cheques for the occupancy fees.

They are advertising No occupancy period on the remaining units it seems. So it's possible that final closing may be soon.
 
Hi everyone, has anyone heard any official news from the builder regarding registration dates for Town house Units or either Buildings?
 
Does anyone know if we have hard / soft water at the townhouses ? Has anyone install a water softener in their unit ?

There was a couple people that posted on Building Link that was renting out their locker but it is close to Building B. If you are ok with that, let me know your email and I’ll give you their contact.

I dont think Elgin East has a central communication forum for all Towns and both Building A and Building B. I think the Building Link seems to be by entity - TownHomes, Building A and Building B are separate entities, I think. Correct me if I’m wrong.

So I recently got news that Building A and some of the early Townhouses have a firm closing date of Oct 31st. Can someone confirm if news is true or not?
