NEXT at Elgin East (Sequoia Grove Homes) - Real Estate

The lady who gave me the keys mentioned that the filter can be reused - clean and rinse and let dry.
I think I will keep cleaning and reusing it for a while, then get a new one.

Wonder if anyone has received the hydro bill?
Who is the service provider and do I need to create an account with them?

In Building A, water & electricity usage is monitored for each individual unit by a company called Metergy. We were asked to set up an account with Metergy before we got the keys to our unit. Payment is made directly to Metergy. We received a flyer from Metergy with instructions with the occupancy package from the builder.

Has anyone in BLK 6 or in the townhouses received their hydro bill since occupancy? I’m registered with Metergy, just never received an invoice yet.

Has anyone here purchased an EV parking spot?

Also.. has anyone been experiencing issues with their internet that last couple of days?

thanks

I got a an email from my lawyer that the builder has confirmed occupancy for Aug 26 for my townhouse.

Does anyone have any idea when land can be registered?

Are you experiencing issues with EV?
No, I am looking for anyone who purchased an EV parking spot as I have some questions. Did you buy one? or do you know anyone in the building who has?

As for the internet, it was resolved. I had issues with the internet in my unit. Rogers had to come in and re-wire some cable.

Thanks,

Thanks. We filled out a Metergy form before occupancy 2.5 months ago, but didn’t receive any bills or emails so far.
Have you received from them the monthly hydro/water bill?

I am not sure if you prefer paper billing or e-billing, but you can go to their website to set up an account (effortlessly) and you will be able to see your usage both for water and electrical (by the hour!).

You can contact Metergy directly ( see attached). I just set up my account directly on their website as a new registrant. They are back logged with calls as noted on their website. If you aren’t very comfortable with tech, call their customer phone line. Just be patient.

Hope that helps,

PS- just in case you can not open the attachment, Metergy’s customer service contact is as follows:

I had the same issue. I didn’t receive any Metergy bills yet, but I called customer care and they resolved the issue. They have to activate your account after you’ve registered. Also, the agent on the phone told me there’s confusion with the condo units and TH units, that could be the reason why as well.
