*The NDP have purchased 101 Richmond St E (just east of Jarvis) as their new provincial headquarters. They get the keys to the building today!

Provincial NDP. It's the same building that used to house the sales centre for the Glass House condo (before it was the Glass House).

Extrapolating off-topic from this, I'm suddenly wondering about the future of Cecil St...

Party H.Q. They were only renting on Cecil Street. I believe the Steelworkers own both buildings there.
