Taken 15 June. Northeast of Dovercourt/Bloor.
Definitely a big part of it I think. There are some nicer infills in pricier neighborhoods, but for the most part fairly generic. They offer good function, but the form is still a work in progress.I noticed the same in Calgary - but I think that must also be a reflection of easier zoning rules. I.e. developers can develop standardized 4-8-plexes because they know they'll be approved. Whereas Toronto needs to make each one much more customized
