Monarch new townhouse (Elgin Mills/Woodbine)

I'm looking around for new townhouse.

There're some pretty decent townhouse built by Monarch at the north west corner of Elgin Mills and Woodbine. The closing day is sometimes summer next year.

What do you guys think about that area? The price is around 410k now for a 2500 sq ft 3 storey townhouse. Is it reasonable? Do u guys anticipate any price adjustment at closing date?

I've checked out these townhouses too ... I think this area is like any part of typical Markham, safe and comfortable neighbourhoods ... Monarch typically does a very nice product as well ...

But I am particularly against the price tag of $400K+ for a townhouse, keeping in mind this is a TOWNHOUSE, at a location at is basically at the northern limits of the Town of Markham with little conveniences (existing schools or shopping), I think for that money you can do much better elsewhere in Markham

400+ for a new townhouse 2500+sq ft i think it's not bad..
plus they have a big terrace and double garage..
