Land speculation at its finest
We know what coming for those 3 empty lots and a real waste of land for those single 2 story homes going in next to this project. Mid-Rise towers would be a lot better and support the LRT.

The next phase for Pinnacle Uptown are 2 apartments 35s & 50s towers

This area is a weird mix of 30 year-old established suburban neighborhoods and still-undeveloped fields.

Light Blue = Mississauga Square and THs
Red1 = short rectangle was sold off to build THs
Red2 = large square was sold off to: https://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threa...iberty-developments-6-towers-up-to-45s.29179/
Red1&2 used to be owned by one family until they eventually sold it off. There used to be a puppy mill on the premises until it was closed down.
Yellow was sold off to https://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threa...iberty-developments-6-towers-up-to-45s.29179/ and part of it will be a road to connect Thornwood Drive with Eglinton.
Orange is zoned for Highrise density but I don't know who owns it.
Purple = Pinnacle
Light purple = soon-to-be city park
Dark Blue = I believe the owners of the plaza next to it owns it.
Yellow/Green = New office redevelopment
