With a new addition (1999), the Postal Bldg. became Air Canada Centre and will soon be named (July 1, 2018), Scotiabank Arena.

I don't find it an eyesore, and even it is an eyesore to some, it is a useful artery of a typical city....

The Island Airport would be built in 1939 on the adjacent island, landfill and the stadium site.

Airport in 1940 - the new Maple Leaf Stadium was opened in 1926 at the foot of Bathurst St.
