Looking on Streetview, I also noticed that this Stephenson Ave. photo is also painted as a mural on the staircase up to Main St.:

Unfortunately, it looks as if not everyone appreciated this wonderful mural for what it was. I was in the area recently and this is the state it is in now. Very sad!

Speaking of the latter shot: I recently identified this cover location as the underside of the Starbucks building (Peter Dickinson's Prudential Building, 1960) on the right--that's the Royal Bank Building with the columns in the background...

Buildings are those of Canada Wire & Cable and the Durant Automobile Manufacturing Co.
In the middle, east of factories, can be seen remains of some airplane hangers.
This was the site of an "aerodrome" in 1915.
Known for Canada's first airmail flight...between Montreal-Toronto.
