Construction has started on this project now, although so far they just seem to be moving dirt around and getting the area ready. Here are some pics I took on July 1st:

I believe that's a retirement home / care facility of some sort.

Excavation and shoring for what appears to be the underground garage has now begun, and a concrete retaining wall now runs parallel to Bantry Ave. See pics below.
