Midtown condo - Davisville

What are the new condos ready in a year or less in Davisville?
Any 'good value' condos in Davisville recommended?

Well i know there are many along Merton Ave. Been in a couple of units and they seem quite nice. There is a condo planned directly across from Davisville Station at the corner of Merton and Yonge St but not much info is out there at the moment regarding this one.
