1. M1
2. M2
3. Metropolis (aka M3)
4. Parkside Tower (aka M4)

I heard that they should be done in May/June 2010. I guess it all depends on when they finish the exterior and windows so they can start working on the interior.

The sales rep onsite said the sales office is scheduled to move into M1 around January. There is some part of the M3 hole dug already too

from all Liberty projects built to date, this seems to have turned out the best IMO ... they have stayed true to the rendering ... and I really like the pairing of the cladding here with the dark brown/black spandrels + glass

I also noticed that excavation for Metropolis has started; good progress! I am a bit concerned that they started excavation without grading this place first to be even with the street level. So far, the site is maybe 1-2m higher than Allen Rd, which makes it impossible to create a nice blending they showed in their rendering of M3:

Any thought if this problem can be fixed later?
