Not even close. Mine was almost flawless except for few rough spots. Unit wasn't even dusty.

has anyone had the bad dream where they go to do their PDI and EVERYTHING is wrong?

last night I dreamed that I went in for the PDI and they had the wrong countertops, the wrong kitchen cabinets, handles when i asked for no-drill.... and a bunch of others. Boy did I feel better when I woke up!
