This is the second phase of the former Victoria Hospital lands along South Street, located south of downtown London in the "SoHo" area. The development will consist of five new buildings with heights of 11s, 6s, 5s, 5s, and 5s. The first of these buildings to be constructed will be the 11s building, which is to be a seniors residence. Additionally, two remaining heritage buildings from the original hospital will be restored.

The Vision SoHo project on the north side of South Street's former Victoria Hospital lands is the largest new affordable housing development in Canada.

The site sat vacant under City ownership for many years until an alliance of six affordable housing developers from London successfully bid on the 5.5-acre site (that deal also included 124 Colborne, which is planned for a new 11-storey building that should be the subject of another thread). The project will include 650 new homes, about half of which will be affordable, across six buildings, four of which will be new and two of which will be restored, near-century-old former hospital buildings.
