I am wondering how Milton is supposed to hit the 40% intensification target plus 200 persons/jobs hectare in its downtown. They were at 35 PJ/HA in 2001. IIRC the 40% target applies to the Upper Tier/Single tier governments though, so they can just use Burlington and Oakville intensification developments to balance it out.
hmmm... seems like Halton is looking to potentially expand its urban boundary by 3010 ha
