I just took a look at it. It actually covers three youths, one of which is a wanabee from a family that's doing quite well for itself.
It's interesting to watch this and then compare it to what qualifies as underprivledged in the US, etc. All of these youths live in nice, clean homes, have computers, etc...they may live in social housing but they aren't exactly lacking for the necessities of life.
I would've liked to see some more background info on the parents.
