Actually, w/i what was termed 'Metropolitan Toronto'. Any recommendations in decent/safe neighborhood? Price ideally includes carspace and locker. If cannot have for $200K, at least very low $200s?

EDIT: With a move-in date w/i this year (2010)?

2nd EDIT: Budget now $250K or less.

You may want to check out Upside Down Condo Prices: http://www.upsidedowncondoprices.com/main.html (Click on Floorplan menu tab, you will see the floor plans and prices)
They have a one bedroom 512 sqft for $159K, plus parking and locker it would come up to around $180K, I think. The neighborhood is not the best, but there are nice projects going in that area - Foundry Lofts is one of them. I don't know much about Upside Down Condo Prices project in particular, but it's probably one of the lowest priced condo projects that is closed to downtown.

Village By High Park project, I believe there are few units left

Which is best, including Liberty Place here:

Thanks.

Edit: what are the realistic completion dates for these 3 developments?

Upside Down will not be ready in 2010. Village by High park, probably will be ready this summer.

I think by Scarborough Town Centre there are some new buildings going up in the low 200's

Well, trying to be realistic and upped the budget to $250K or less. I've been eyeing NXT, Elle, Centre Park, Onyx, Stonebrook. Not sure if you guys have any opinions, pros/cons. Comments appreciated!

I just visited Onyx (Mississauga), Elle (Mississauga) and NXT (Etobicoke) today. The units I'm looking at are in similar price ranges, so please tell me which one would you choose and why? All these fit w/i my criteria of ~$250K more or less and completion date w/i this year. For your convenience, their websites are below. Thanks!

it might help to narrow things down by telling us which suites you are considering.

Thx. For Onyx, thinking of Towers 8, 10, PH5/Tower 10. For Elle, Floorplans 7, 26 and 50. For NXT, Rosa and Arancione.

Pls help a brother out! Thanks again!

Anyone pls?

EDIT: Also, is it possible to negotiate with the developer for a lower price? Or ask for added incentives/improvements to the flat? Or are those FIRM prices? Thx.
