Thats half the battle. Know making sure you put it on correctly, not slipping off, breaking, tearing etc.

Yeah, basically people just need to be safe by their actions, and not rely simply on condoms and medications. If you sleep around, chances are you're going to pay for it.

On other hand, it's great that anonymous HIV testing is so available these days. Everybody in Canada should make use of it.
