Dunno about C13 specifically, but check out the Toronto Real Estate Board. (Scroll to the bottom.)Does anyone know where I can get or does anyone have records of stats for the toronto area? I'm specifically looking at the average price stats for c13. Thanks.

I wish we had access to the MLS system that realtors use to do their research that shows historical list and sale prices for specific properties! Some listings sold before I even had a chance to see them, and I'm really curious as to what the final sale price ended up being.

Sales volume / Average price / Median price
2006 (year): 727 / $355,459 / $325,000
2007 (year): 758 / $374,615 / $338,000
2008 (year): 601 / $370,170 / $341,000
2009 (year to date): 136 / $352,867 / $330,750
April 2009 (month): 58 / $341,439 / $322,500
This is for all residential properties in the district. The largest volume of sales in this district is condo apartments, and most of the rest are detached houses.
