Help: Identify this Toronto (Kleinburg?) Edifice

Some of you may recognize the following, a capture from Cronenberg's THE FLY (1986). Cronenberg, devoted Toronto habitue, failed to credit this edifice:

I'm hoping you can tell me more.

Kleinburg?!?

The IMDB listing may say Kleinberg as there is a large studio up there where many movies have been filmed (particularly from this time period). But yes, that building is definitely NOT Kleinburg.
