An ambitious 21s twin apartment tower proposal at 777-785 Goyeau Street in downtown Windsor. The site is currently a vacant parking lot. Windsor is one of the warmest cities in Canada but I still have doubts that any of this "vertical forest" type of greenery will actually work in practice. Still, nonetheless, it's good to see an ambitious proposal in this city. Here is a Windsor Star article from last year with more information.
