Just on the GO train this morning and seeing something unusual—another GO train beside us at Kipling. Never seen that before. It’s an empty train and it just came to a stop beside us. Not in the station, but beside it.

Cynicism over the years convinced me they were blowing me off when I emailed them about additional service. I'm glad it's actually happening.
Im planning to go to Fort Erie if it’s a clear day. If it’s overcast, I’ll just enjoy the short period of darkness in Hamilton.
The line to fort Erie is actually a CN line. So, it is a little more possible, and maybe even a little better to set this president for the future of rail in this area.If only it were feasible to send some GO trains between Hamilton GO Centre and Fort Erie on the CP… but maybe CP would not like that precedent set.
