GO Transit Fleet Equipment and other

Last I heard Trinity Railway Express and Amtrak were interested in leasing some of the equipment, but GO is such logical choice for a sale.
GO is not a logical place, not compared to TRE or Amtrak or any number of different US properties. The equipment would have to be rewired to match's GO's standard. There are no such mods needed for any of the American agencies.

On December 30th, SPTX F59PHs 870 and 872 were spotted in CPKC Nahant yard and it’s unclear if they went to Chicago afterwards. Unclear if Metrolinx will buy the remaining F59PHIs 875 and 883 from SPTX along with 1 or 2 F59PHs from NCDOT that are sitting in Anaheim CA.

Kind of dismayed that GO cheaped out on the next stop displays on the new generation of MCIs, instead of equipping them with screens like the Prevosts in New York:

A single-line LED display seems dated on a new bus. Even the ADL buses have LCD screens at the front.
